The hiring process of the store is pretty simple. They will hire ex cons, felons etc... If you have a clean driving record they will get furnish you with a company car they charge you $30 a week and there's a 2000 dollar deductible if you are involved in an accident even if its not your fault. They do not offer health insurance they offer you dental and vision. They tell you that they have a salary but that is only for 4 weeks and for $400 after that it is a draw pay plan so if you sell nothing they will pay you minimum wage and when you make commissions they will deduct that money back. So basically if you don't sell anything you owe them money. If you do work out a salary and your deal make sure you get everything in writing signed
