Sat for two interviews - the first with project directors. No HR involvement. The second with the COO and same project director and another project manager. I was asked to go over my previous projects as it related to the company's projects. There were several in-depth questions pertaining as what phases of the project I have been involved with previously. Basically, the same interview/questions twice.
