Very daunting 3 hour interview process. You spend 1 hour with 3 different interviewers all asking the same questions, just in slightly varied ways. They used the STAR method so lots of "tell me about a time..." questions. It took 1 month from the time I applied online to the time they called me to set up the interview. 1 week after interview I received a call letting me know I did not get the job.
