I can't recall if there was a phone screen, I believe I just got emailed in to interview. The first was with a media manager, then a 2nd interview with a media director and meeting the accounting/traffic/billing manager whom I'd also work closely with. in the role. I got to visit the work area and preview the software/databases which I was semi familiar with. Neither really lasted more than an hour.
