I had two rounds of interviews and then met with a member of management. A couple of hours after I had finished all three parts of the selection process and went home, I received a call from the CEO letting me know that I got the job. However, he said I had to accept right then and there on the offer. I asked if I could have an hour to consider his offer but he declined. I found it very unprofessional.
