Pretty simple questions, mainly gauging personality and no technical questions or anything of the sort. The interview was 30 minutes for the first round, followed by a test, store visit, and then hiring decision was made.

In person. Interviewer was very personable and nice. Asked a series of behavioral questions. They really just want to know if you are a good and motivated person at the end of the day, which is the type of person they are looking for.

Interview process was very thorough and you can tell they know what they are looking for. They are very friendly and are looking for people that enjoy competition and a positive atmosphere.
They do and background check and drug test before giving an offer but a very pleasant experience.
