Very casual/in-formal. It was more like a conversation in which they told me about the job, we talked about my background-type of job I was looking for (hours, type of job, etc.) the company, and they asked me a few questions-mainly situational, "how would you handle this__" type since the job is working with a more challenging population. I ended up declining the job because I got offered a better one, & the hours would have been pretty terrible at the location I wanted. I see how so many people complain about the "burn out" from working with this company now.
