My first interview was AI video interview. I prepared for initial HR interview, so I was completely unprepared for the case study format. It was awkward trying to figure out the answers and talk to AI at the same time. I don't feel like I got to show what I can really do, and I haven't heard anything back. It would have been a lot better if they had mentioned the case study part upfront.

The recruitment process is incredibly disorganized and redundant. After clearing multiple technical cases and interviews with department heads, the process became a confusing loop of additional rounds with senior leadership and C-levels that felt poorly defined.
The biggest red flag was the lack of respect for my time. During an on-site visit, interviewers arrived significantly late, and a final interview was cancelled while I was already at the office. This level of internal misalignment and poor scheduling suggests a chaotic culture. It’s also worth noting that many of their roles seem to stay posted year-round. I’d advise candidates to be cautious of the 'evergreen' listings and the heavy time commitment required for a process that lacks clear direction. Such a waste of time.
