I had three interviews, first with the HR which assessed my language and personality and communication skills,then interviewed by district manager who assesed my experience and technicals, then the final with the sales manager.

1st round of interview was done on Zoom, standard interview for interviewer to get to know you (tell me more about yourself, why are you looking out, etc), 2nd round in person interview, whereby there is the standard interview questions to get to know you further and a short role play.

Very professional and respectful. Interview questions were very demanding and hard, but that's to be expected from a company with a significant reputation in the pharmaceutical sector. Questions were mostly aimed at past experience.

The process consisted of 4 interviews. It was over a period of 5 months. After selection it took 2 months to be given a start date. That should have foreshadowed the way that the company works, they are slow in paying out bonuses and there are some communication issues that exist
