I applied through an employee' s referral. It took around 5 weeks, including a physical examination. Questions were basically related to your background and your previous working experience. They really want to know why you want to join their company and what is your expertise. There were three times face to face interview during the whole process.

Did a virtual interview before the hiring manager invited for an in-person interview. Was told that the operations director would join in the conversation, but did not turn up to the interview without notice. Most of the questions asked in the in-person interview were the same as the virtual interview. Did not get a response from the hiring manager until I emailed to follow up.
