I went through 4 rounds of interviews. The first was a phone call with a recruiter, second was with the director of Finance, 3rd and 4th was with hiring managers. I thought the last interview went well, although I had difficulty with a few technical questions. I was pretty confident after going through 4 rounds that i would be offered a position but after 2 weeks of waiting, another recruiter called to tell me that I did not get the job. I think it’s a complete waste of a candidate’s time to go through 4 rounds. And on top of that, most interviews are with the hiring managers then the last is with a Director or VP. It was just backwards and I would not recommend interviewing with this company.
