Screening Interview with Hiring Manager, who reviewed my background, experience related to the particular role. After a two-week delay, (scheduling related), there was a four-hour block of interviews on a single day with various members of the department, relating mostly to background and experience. These were all 1:1 interviews.

What are your Career goals. What is your experience in the role?
One young member of the group from an Ivy league school (very aggressive and possibly arrogant) asked questions related to actual work assignments the person was working on. I though this was a bit disingenuous - we should do our work and not siphon free advice from interviewees with more knowledge and experience. This particular interviewers questions were either designed to make the person look smart (and not test my knowledge as the questions were very academic in nature and displayed a lack of real-world experience) or they displayed a clear lack of subject matter knowledge and were designed to elicit information so that they could do their job. Very weird.
Further, the questions were quite tangential to the field we were operating in Legal / intellectual property but dressed up to look serious and intimidating. This person apparently had lots of sway in the group and was a big reason I chose not to pursue the opportunity further as I was sure that the person would be extremely difficult to work with.
5 to 6 rounds of interviews depending on the job role. Takes about 1.5 months on average to complete - this may also vary based on the number of applicants and urgency to hire for the role.

Had the most appalling interview with their HR, who was completely condescending. Tried to nitpick on everything that they thought was a negative in my experience. Like they assumed negatives things off the bat repeatedly. Oh, you left this company, was it cause you were fired? No, I wasn't and I dont' know why you would assume that when it was obvious from my resume as well that wasn't the case. Oh, you didn't have this experience, that's a problem. You had my resume, you know I didn't because it wasn't on there. It felt like they were going through a list of why they thought I wasn't qualified. If that was the case, why did you even bother to interview me? Later on had a slightly better interview with the hiring manager, but this atmosphere was pervasive. It left such a foul feeling, that I'm never applying to any Servicenow jobs again. Reading the negative reviews on this website, it seems this place has a toxic work culture, and if my interview experience was at all representative of the work life here, I'm not surprised workers would feel that way.
