One word - LONG (that what she said) ... It took about 7 month of back and forth for finally get a job offer. Talk to the hiring manager 1st time. Did a group interview. Did a demo talk to the regional manager. Talk to members of the team. Finally did another group interview where they deep dove with me about the platform and did a full demo on a module.

Just be prepared to know what your talking about if you list it on your resume. Also if you listed a certification it better be current, they will check it before you interview.
