I am in the AI industry for ten years now. It was my first experience with ServiceNow and I was very excited about it. But, Interview experience with was bad. After the initial contact from HR and filling out the required forms, I proceeded to the first round with the existing product member, who previously worked on fragma. From the very beginning of the interview, it was apparent that the interviewer was in a rush and exhibited impatience. My answers were consistently interrupted, giving me the impression that he was not genuinely interested in my responses. Furthermore, the questions asked during the interview were rather generic and lacked depth, indicating a lack of preparedness on the part of the interviewer. What's more, the interviewer made assumptions about my answers without seeking clarification or a more comprehensive understanding of my background. At the end of the interview, the interviewer openly expressed a desire to conclude it within 40 minutes, despite the originally allocated one-hour slot. I hope that ServiceNow takes steps to ensure their interviewers are trained in proper interview etiquette, emphasizing the importance of active listening and gaining a thorough understanding of a candidate's background, while also refraining from asking irrelevant or meaningless questions. Anyhow, I have decided not to appear for ServiceNow in future.
