Interviewed for the ASC role for the SC Academy. The interview was straightforward. I first talked to a recruiter, then the SC Academy manager, and finally a panel interview with SC leaders. Most of my questions were common behavioral and situational questions, as well as questions on my career goals. Overall, it was a positive experience.

First, there was an initial recruiter call where I was introduced to the role and aligned with my goals, then proceeded to final round interview with the managers and was required to prepare a demonstration on the solution.

After sharing a bit about myself, the recruiter did not want to continue the interview because I am a student in my free time. This was the most absurd thing I could ever imagine encountering during an interview process.
I have years of professional experience, including highly relevant experience in the field, and I chose to go back to school (which is online and at my own pace) because I believe everyone should always try to improve their skills. I am fully available to work full-time and can dedicate more than 10 hours a day to a job if necessary. Very disappointed!

Multiple rounds of interviews for an associate role and there maybe months of gaps between the rounds at times. Not a good candidate experience. The Interview questions were meaningful though.
