I interviewed for a position in Store Team (I'm assuming the process is different across the company).
The phone screen with the hiring manager went great, after the call I had a feeling that I wanted to be a part of that team.
The next round was a panel interview with two team members, who were not mentally present. Every time I answered a question, there was mostly only silence as a response, no active feedback.
The interviewers didn't follow along as I was solving the problem.
Overall it was a very uncomfortable experience and complete absence of any interest affected my performance.
And the recruiter never send me a rejection email, even though I’d followed up.

2 interviews, one with hiring manager and other one was coding interview. Online assessment no leetcode style coding, allowed to use LLM, cursor. do not know why companies still do coding interviews when LLMs are writing code for you
HR round only, recruiter went rogue. Recruiter never emailed me back even though it went quite well, seems maybe the role was filled already by the time. The least they could do was email me back why instead of going rogue
Process was a moderate, had call from recruiter then followed by technical interview with two people. Later had an interview with hiring manager . I was given coding assessment which was medium difficult
