There were 3 rounds and first 2 rounds were more into sourcing skills, technical understanding etc. The first 2 rounds happened on the same day, after 2 days when I followed up with the Recruiter, she told me that I got rejected, while I was very confident in my performance. I have not shared any feedback to understand what went wrong, the next day I got a call from the same person telling she got confused and I had to go through another round with head. The next day, my final round was scheduled. Sadly interview did not start on time, I had to wait for almost 2hrs. After which some senior gentleman walked in and started the interview. To my surprise, there was no connection between the JD and the questions he was asked.
