The recruiter reached out to me on LI. I agreed to do a screening with the Recruiter. Once I passed the recruiter I spoke to the HM... that was the most unusual interview I have ever had... the HM asked me zero questions. Literally, I asked if she had any questions at the end and she said no! She said the recruiter would follow up to pass me along to the next part of the process...three days later I had not heard. Ultimately, I made the decision to pull out of the process because my 'interview' with the HM sent out some major red flags regarding her management abilities and whether they really knew what they wanted for the team/role.
