Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en ServiceNow (San Diego, CA) en abr 2019
Entrevista
The interview process consisted of one phone interview and three onsite interviews. All interviews were an hour long.
All of the interviews went very well and I was able to solve the technical questions asked of me without much difficulty. All of the people that I spoke with were all very pleasant people who I could tell were being their true selves.
What really set the experience back was having to wait almost 8 weeks in order to hear back about whether or not they wanted to move forward with me or not. This was incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, the recruiter I had been speaking with was responsive when I asked for updates for their decision on a weekly basis. The recurring response that I got was that they were still interviewing folks or were still making up their minds. I hope the company will realize that they can't take this much time to get people hired.
I had another offer pending, but they were unable to expedite their hiring process for me
There was another slightly more difficult question that I received but I can't remember it at this time.

Applied and gained interview chance at campus job fair. Meet with recruiters during school's info session again. It took 2 weeks to have an onsite interview with three technical engineers. Everything was good. Some general questions and easy technical questions.
