Multiple interviews, was sent a rejection letter by HR who stated it was required that they send out a rejection letter due to the system, polite interviewers but reluctant to share details of what the position required. Moved on to second interview with upper management. Sent follow-up emails, absolutely no response. Eventually decided to transfer within the company. *Note: I worked for this company and was ghosted by HR and upper management.

Initial discussion with recruiter. Then over 3 weeks later contacted by location supervisor for interview, Director and supervisor typical interview. Not interested in actual connection or continuity with clients only treatment modalities.

Insane amount of paperwork to begin with. Have worked for 3 different companies. None had this much paperwork before even starting. They have a policy that clearly states that they do not hire anybody that smokes tobacco on or off of work time. They then make you sign that you agree with the policies. When you call them out on the discriminatory nature of this policy they state "We do not enforce this policy". This agreement gives them the absolute legal power to fire anybody for smoking tobacco on their own time. They literally have staff and I'm certain people utilizing services that smoke regularly. They could fire literally every staff member hired after 2013 at a moments notice no repercussions at all!!!!!
