Applied online and got an interview appointment. On the day of the interview I was called late and the lady who called was very unprofessional. She started her conversation with telling me " In this call I want to see if you are someone we will be interested in hiring" I thought it was a bit odd. The first question I was asked was if I knew what ServiceChannel does and what is required from the role. I told her that I have some research but will appreciate if she can tell a bit more about the company and role to which she replied that she does not has time to do that. I tired to explain that the company is not like Google or facebook which everyone knew about. The answers was " honey we did not contact you it was you whom applied the job and it was your duty to do the research" after listening to this I told her I don't think I will like to continue with the interview and disconnected the call . I will advice everyone to keep away from this company

Applied online. Their recruiter called. It went well. She even gave me a salary range. Then she disappeared. So I wrote them and withdrew my application. That was 4 months ago. As of today, they haven't hired a Technical Program Manager. The recruiter left them weeks after we spoke.
