The interview process occurred in three stages - 1 with the internal recruiter, 1 with the hiring manager and a 4 hour face to face interview with senior leadership in the final round. The on-site was a little more relaxed than I was expecting and ended with a 4th individual for Q&A but who was not a decision maker in the process. I thought it was strange there was no IT representation in the final round.
