Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. Acudí a una entrevista en Service Experts (Indianapolis, IN)
Entrevista
Started with an HR Rep who was professional and outlined the role well. Once it went to local management, it quickly went downhill. Wouldn’t answer questions about salary or benefits, stating that’s what the “offer” is for. Multiple interviews taking up a good amount of PTO. When I let the manager know that was having trouble getting PTO to travel for a 2 day interview, I received a highly unprofessional call from him, letting me know that “he’s a straight shooter and tells it like it is”, I removed myself from the process after that. I’ll list some of the craziest questions below, but a very unprofessional approach to hiring.

Met regional manager in Atlanta it went well and he recommended me to interview with leadership.
Flew to Texas for interview
Met entire leadership team.
Each one told me how great I am and we will definitely be moving forward.
Then once you leave you never hear from them again. Surprisingly amateurish.

about 7 interviews overall. First interview is with area manager and HR person, then VP then you are invited to Richardson TX for about 5 different interviews with people including Scott Boxer. Interview process is easy if you have experience.
