Standard phone interview, then 1:1 with hiring manager, HR, CEO. Weeks later was brought in for a second interview with the exact same questions (as if I had never been there) After stressing the importance of seniority in this role, an offer was made. Less than 24 hours later they pulled the offer to hire a person with half my experience and half my salary (per the recruiter) It should be noted that this company only offers 1 week of vacation a year, you get 6 holiday days off, and you are written up if you are sick more than 3 days in the year. Doesn't seem there is much room for work-life balance.
