Do NOT fall prey to this company interviews. I am told that's it's an immediate requirement and so I gave priority to this opportunity and completed all the rounds of interviews in a span of 1 month. After that NO RESPONSE as promised by the Hiring manager and the HR. I did tell the HR upfront that I do NOT prefer laid-back or lengthy interview processes but still they broke their promise and not even bothered to given an update until I follow up. Upon following up, finally they hinted me that it's not an immediate requirement and the position went on-hold. Not sure there are some laws in place to sue these kind of companies where they play with candidates time and emotions. These people DO NOT have minimum courtesy to give me an update until I followed up and pushed them for the feedback. Looks like they don't have any values and ethics. There are 4 rounds of interviews with 9 people in the panel. I did very well and got positive feedback but finally said that position is on-hold as mentioned above. Such a waste of time and inhuman behavior from these people. And I told them not to contact me again in future with kind of cheap attitude towards candidates.
