Contacted by email for an interview. Attended the interview. Greeted by one member 15 minutes prior to the interview appointment. Two people on the panel board. You are greeted. Very pleasant environment, they do their best to help you not be nervous. The interviewers explain the process of the interview. Every question is explained.
