I heard about the position from a reliable source and submitted my resume to the location personally. Followed up by a phone call a few days later to come in for an interview. During the interview process which lasted over an hour (interruptions from everyday office activities) we just discussed everyday life.

Met with the Program Director in person. He reviewed my resume and asked me questions pertaining to my work experience. I had to explain the processes, procedures, and military systems that I was familiar with and how long I had been working with them. He asked behavioral questions such as how to deal with difficult clients.
