Got a call from a Consultancy regarding a Job vacancy in Intelenet Global Services now known as Serco group. An interview was schedule. I had 3 rounds with AGM, Ops Manager and finally with HR respectively. The Interview round with both the Managers were quite interesting, as I have been tested for my Accounting skills and more on People Management art. What I felt was that the interview was changed to a conversation and we both were enjoying. So, I got selected in the first round 1:1 with Managers. Final round with HR also went smoothly, however, I was not very much satisfied with the Pay scale as I was been told by the Consultancy that the Offer was for 425,000/- and what i have been offered was 357,000/- Overall, the experience was good. I have got a great team to work with along with the Management support (reasonable). Office Environment- Good. People/Staff around- Very Friendly.
