Then I was flown to California for apanel interview with HR, VP, and Regional. It was the most welcoming, efficient, well organized, and pleasant interview process I have ever been through. The company went above and beyond for me just for the interviews! As comfortable and as kind as everyone was, the panel interview questions were not off-beat questions that have nothing to do with the position like " if you were a super hero what would your power be?" They were smart and all related to company culture,my experience, and skills. The questions I believe should be asked at an interview. I was completely blown away by Sequoia Equities and every person I dealt with during the interview process. They went above and beyond.It was a really enjoyable experience.
