After someone from the client services team reached out to me on LinkedIn, I had a half an hour phone call with them discussing my previous experience and what the role entails. The next step was an onsite interview with 2 team members. I had to cancel the interview due to personal reasons and the team was very understanding. They waited till I was able to set up a time and did not rush me at all.

Talent team is organized, friendly and describes role thoroughly. You'll go through multiple interviews but it gives you the opportunity to meet several people from the company which is so important to understanding who you will be working with. The Talent team continues to keep you informed and up to date of where you are in the process.

The entire interview process was very organized and very thorough. Follow-up was prompt as well! There are several phone screenings followed by various on-site interviews. The entire process took a while, but it was well worth it because you get to meet many people whom you will be working with.
