It was basically your typical retail interview. I arrived at the store and was to be interviewed by one of the ASMs who was running late. We stepped outside into the mall to conduct the interview which wasn't difficult for me because I had at least 6 years of retail experience at that point. It was supposed to be a group interview but I was the only one who showed up.
