Laid back process. Interviewed first with store specialist and then with the district trainer over the phone. She asked my background, how I managed difficult situations with clients. The phone interview was the most intimidating part and I left the interview feeling unsure about how I did because of the harsh tone of the interviewee. The next day I was extremely relieved to receive an offer for the job.

It was very cooperative being interviewed by the people. They helped me succeed in the position. Though the hours were sickening. The management was hard I couldn’t handle the position anymore so I decided to leave.
