The process took about 2 weeks. First initial interview was conducted by assistant manager asking why you think you are a fit for the job and asks about past experience, second interview conducted by supervisor that would eventually hire you of desired( you are asked same questions), third interview conducted by CEO and as a formality ask you the same questions.
