It took 5 days from the time I applied for the position for the recruiter to contact me via email. The email included hourly salary and would I be interested to continue with the hiring process. I did a very short over the phone interview with the recruiter. Some of the questions asked were, Why am I interested in the position, what do I do now, etc. Then from the recruiter contacts the hiring manager and the hiring manger decides whether to interview. Least to say I was contacted that same day be the recruiter that the manger was interested in interviewing me. Fast forward to the next week I was interviewed. I toured the floors I would work on. That following Monday I received a job offer.
