Hiring process and interview was straight forward in my department. After the interview it took a few weeks and a email to HR to see where I stood in the process. I got a call later that day with an offer. The online system keeps you updated as well.
You apply for position Then you talk to recruiter. Interview is set up. You talk to office manager. You should hear something within a week or later. Good luck with it.

Had a brief phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview with the office manager and 3 people from Sentara HR. Got offered the position roughly a week later. Then had to complete background check, health screening and submit references. I started orientation roughly a month after the initial interview.

The hiring process was great. The administrator was educated and professional. The facility was very presentable and the office staff was very welcoming. The interview was straight to the point and quick.
