Basically they will start of by asking you to describe yourself in a few words. They want to hear good traits that’s pertaining to the position you are applying for. Then have this form that they go by and ask you in their own words and will rate you depending on how you answer these questions.

Can be brief or can be drawn out. Depends on the hiring manager and their desire to hire someone. Interviews can be one on one with manager or with group. Some managers will conduct both.
Hiring manager, then a panel interview with two equal counterparts, the IT program manager, the team lead, a direct report, and a supervisor. Focused on leadership questioning and what if scenarios.
