The interview process was phone screening, interview with hiring manager and then assignment. In my opinion, it might be subjective of course, the assignment was too big considering short time frame and the size of the company, I was offered to proceed to the next step, however it was not a good fit for me. The hiring managers are nice, polite and friendly.
