I've applied in the middle of December 2022 for Sennder, on Linkedin. I was then contacted by an HR to start the application and I talked with her to understand more about Sennder. I then send my CV. I survived to the all three technical interview, but then I was not selected. Apparently there where better candidates.

First Interview: Objective of the interview: to understand how you understand core concepts and what you care about when coding The inteview was done throught codesubmit.io link (private) in a a pair-coding environment. You will be asked to work on a small code challenge where you will need to demonstrate your software design skills and explain the reasons for your choices. It was an easy coding interview in Python where it was asked to design Object Oriented classes to do something small. And proceeding with refinements.
Second Tech interview: 60 min Software Skills interview Several software engineering topics and have 2 - 3 exercises using Miró Board. It was asked to correct some errors in the design of an online shop. It is about the design and not the coding. So the components must be drawn n the Miró board, and talk and talk and motivate the decisions. They evaluate the skills based on these topics: Software quality Software architecture Communication skills Adapting to change Database Object oriented skills
Third Tech interview: 60 min System Design interview Design a system end-to-end using a collaborative whiteboarding tool (Miro) focused on the backend. We will start with simple requirements and iterate on your solution, discussing individual components in detail and incrementally increasing the complexity. We do value, however, the thought process over the final result. Evaluation Criteria We will evaluate your skills based on these topics: -Designing quality -Infrastructure -Feedback -Adapting to change -Communication Skills -Challenging requirements -Core system design skills

The process took about a month and a half. There were 5 interviews.
The first with the recruiter then live coding, software skills, architecture and hiring manager interview.
The feedback was in two sentences
It wasn't apparent if the people who interviewed me are going to be my future colleagues and what the role, in particular, is about. I've only asked broad questions, because on more detailed ones I've got blurry answers.
