The process was a quick phone interview going through my resume and describing further necessary parts. I got a call a couple days after to come in for an on-site interview.
It was a phone interview and 95% of the interview was technical questions and the rest were personal questions. The interview was about an hour long and the next step in the selection process was a sit down interview if the phone interview was passed. Very non-personal

Casual phone interview with director of engineering about interests in the industry and what I wanted to achieve during the internship. One interview only. Seemed to be to gauge whether or not I was interested in engineering, as it was an internship position.
