Long. Months long. It's a process of elimination that took 5+ months. This happened last year for the same position they are looking for.. I met with them about 4 times plus a written portion. Regular, typical questions with different people, and at the end, there is a long "questionnaire/test" in English..and you are applying for the Spanish teaching job. I guess that's where I failed since my native language is Spanish and I am not going to write as an English native. I understand... Meanwhile, you need to go interview at other schools, you get offers, you need to decide to take an offer somewhere else or wait for their decision.. you accept another offer..you start working somewhere else, and then they email you with the decision. Nobody can sit and wait for that long. And you wonder why is this happening?? In any case, I am so happy where I am working now!
