There were two phone screens: hr recruiter and the hiring manager. Actually I'm not entirely sure that it was the hiring manager. It was never made clear. Then I was scheduled for an on site interview where I met several employees. The company appears to have a great culture. I was asked the same question by multiple interviewers so it was clear that they do not coordinate. I was even asked a personal question unrelated to the job which could get them in trouble someday. Who knows? Maybe I didn't get an offer bc the interviewer doesn't like sports. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
