The size of the team with which he worked and the tasks he solved. Then we discussed the company's tasks and possible development paths with the future manager. There was good experience.

Although they haven’t moved forward with my application, I reached the final stages of the process, and it was truly one of the smoothest recruitment experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first contact, it was clear how the process would work and what they were looking for in a candidate. During the first real interview, they presented a PowerPoint with detailed information about the company’s operations, culture, and role-specific details, including required skills, benefits, and salary. In the second interview, which was with what was supposed to be my future team, the discussion took a more technical turn. However, it felt more like an engaging conversation aimed at bringing out the best in the candidate rather than a harsh or intimidating interview. After deciding to move forward with other candidates, they sent me an email with genuine feedback and a clear explanation of why I wasn’t selected for this role.
