The recruitment process I went through began with a technical assessment, where I was asked to write test cases, including optional automation. This was followed by an interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, where we discussed the company and my expectations. The final stage involved a conversation with the CTO, where we discussed my experience, the tools I’ve worked with, and how collaboration within the team would look. We also covered the technologies I would be using and the workflows I would be a part of. The process was completed efficiently and was conducted at a highly professional level.
