Their application page on the website is pretty straight forward and efficient. I immediately had the feeling this company was different. I did all steps of interviews, consisting of 5 steps. The recruiters are very responsive throughout the whole journey, so no surprises really. If you have no background in SEM/SEO, you are given the specific questions to study so you can prepare properly for the interview. The written test, and the final step of the interview process, are very demanding so you need to dedicate a lot of time for preparation. For the final interview I studied 2 full days, as it can be pretty tough to learn their platform from scratch. The interviews were pleasant and the questions asked very smart. You can see that this company is very agile in their thinking and overall very efficient. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any offer and that was very saddening, because after you put so much effort in the preparation and in learning about the company....you really want to work there! Overall a nice experience, from the first moment you upload your CV you understand that they are very efficient and you feel they care for you.
