In person interview. No diversity within the interview panel at all. They want a lot from someone with minimal compensation that is completely misaligned with industry standard. The main gentleman interviewing me had valid restrictions as to what he could offer as it is a government position. If this is really what they are offering people I do not know how they will keep people hired in this market.
