Applied directly through the company's job portal. An interview was arranged next 2 days.
There were a total of three interviewers (Two hiring managers and 1 HR)
One of the interviewer was late for the interview (15 mins late).
The whole interview went on for about 1 hour.
The interviewers asked mostly questions on electricity industry knowledge specific.
There were no technical assessment to test the candidate and yet the interviewer's tone was condescending most of the time and assume that she is always right.
Follow up for three weeks after the interview but did not get a response. Only managed to know that the application is not shortlisted, through a mutual connection.
