I found the process to be very thorough, but also very fast paced. I was leaving interviews and receiving feedback and updates on next steps the same day, which is something I appreciated a lot. I thought the case study was a fantastic opportunity to display my strengths, but also to delve into the mindset required in order to do the job. Before I'd even secured the role, I was already thinking about everything I wanted to achieve at Selfwealth, and I think it was the case study that put me in this mindset.
