it was a very straight to the point panel interview between the imediate manager and her superior. They had a list of prepared questions for me, and they were very transparent about the whole process. The only think that rubbed me the wrong way is the fact that after the interview, I sent out a thank you letter to the panel, and one of them; whom was the senior manager never responded. They also fail to let me know that they will be reaching out 3 weeks after the interview session. I had to nag the hiring manager until getting that information out of her.
