a 2-on-1 with the current sales manager and GM of division.. Standard sales Q&A. they wanted to know what makes you tick... how do you view the sales process? How do you overcome adversity? What makes you WANT to do this job? Standard stuff... but it wasn't just a grilling... it was a conversation between myself and the managers.

multiple interviews, very long. lots of paperwork and onboarding is difficult with licensing. Most managers and recruiters were very nice. I enjoyed the experience. Would apply again. Hope this is helpful

It started with a phone call and then we had a Zoom after. The interviewer was very pleasant and nice to chat with. Unfortunately I just didn't want to continue with the process but they were nice.

Everyone was SUPER nice and friendly. I was shocked, most people who interview I feel like they rush me and act like they aren't happy to do what they do. SelectQuote was different and it really makes me want to work here.
