One initial phone conversation concerning position and set up for interview. Rehab director at SNF was very personable and had a laid back interview process while touring facility. I was able to exchange questions back and forth as well.

Dishonest when representing the actual position and pay, strong arming to apply pressure for a ‘yes’ answer after basically offering the job over the phone in 15 minutes. In touring each facility to make a choice, it became obvious immediately that this is a horrible company.
